Men’s health charity, Movember, are the Mental Health Partner of National Fitness Day 2024. In joining forces we will highlight the importance of looking after our wellbeing and celebrating the role of physical activity in building mental strength and resilience.
Want to keep your Mo-mentum going post-National Fitness Day? Sign up to Move for Movember. Move is how Movember remembers the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour. To take part, commit to running or walking 60km in the month of November – you can do it alone or as part of a team. Tens of thousands of people get together with work mates, their sports team, or family to Move for men’s health.
In the long winter months, we all need some extra motivation to keep active and this is the perfect way to do something good for your own health, and for men’s health across the globe. So raise funds, raise a smile, and clock up those kilometres for men’s health. Movember have lots of resources and rewards to support you along the way.
